Our software is designed from the ground up to be secure. We take care to minimize impact in case a security vulnerability is discovered.
Data encryption
All traffic between Seenspire clients and servers is encrypted using TLS 1.2, the industry standard for securing communications over the Internet. AES is our preferred cipher for encrypting all communication.
Data center security
Our servers are hosted in the cloud by
Google Cloud Platform (GCP). The Google cloud infrastructure is designed for information security, constantly monitored, highly available and highly accredited. More details can be found here.
Availability
99.8% up-time guaranteed (scheduled and communicated maintenance periods excluded). All of our critical services are set up redundantly to ensure high availability. Your data is backed up multiple times a day and kept for a month.
Logging
Seenspire maintains an extensive, centralized log in its production environment. This log contains information pertaining to security, monitoring, availability, access, and other metrics about the Seenspire services.
GDPR compliant
We follow the accepted industry standards and best practices to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it.
ISO 27001 certification
Seenspire maintains an Information Security Management System and is ISO 27001:2017 certified.
